Victoria Performing Arts Endowment
Awarded three times a year to eligible students and student groups associated with Victoria University who require funding assistance for performances and/or improvements (e.g., costumes, professional assistance, additional equipment, etc.). Only those performances or improvements held on the Victoria University campus are eligible.
The annual application deadlines are November 1, February 1 and July 15.

Webster Fund
Donated by the Estate of William Crichton Webster, the fund assists students and student groups who propose a plan that supports student-run athletics and healthy living activities at Victoria.
Grant Process:
Applications will be assessed three times each academic year by a committee. A proposed budget, indicating anticipated sources of revenue, is required. Funds available are limited and will be distributed based on the quality of the application and anticipated use of funds. Funding will be administered by the Office of the Dean of Students. Only those who apply through the formal application process will be considered. All recipients of funding must agree to provide a full accounting of all of their expenses before the end of the academic year in which the funds are received, including submission of all invoices and receipts to the Office of the Dean of Students after the conclusion of the performance/event, etc. Unspent funds must be returned.
Applications must be accompanied by all information requested and be received by the application deadline (November 1, February 1, and July 15) for the corresponding year. Funds will be distributed based on approved applications; there is no obligation that all funds available must be awarded each year.
Note: Funds available from year to year may vary according to the annual income generated by the endowment in a given year.
