Complete your application to U of T’s Faculty of Arts & Science using the Ontario Universities' Application Centre. You will be asked to select your top three college preferences.

- Nov. 7, 2026 – Early consideration deadline to apply online through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC)
- Dec. 1, 2026 – Deadline to submit your student profile for early consideration (for both domestic and international applicants)
- Jan. 15, 2027 – Final deadline to apply online through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC)

I'm a Domestic Student
Step 1: Apply to the University of Toronto
Your application to Victoria College begins with your application to the University of Toronto's Faculty of Arts & Science.
Complete your application through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC), making sure to include all required information and submit your application by the published deadlines.
Step 2: Choose Victoria College as Your First College Choice
This is the most important step.
When you complete your OUAC application, you'll be asked to rank your college preferences.
To be considered for admission to Victoria College, you must select Victoria College as your first-choice college.
Choosing Vic first also ensures you're considered for our scholarships, bursaries, residence and the many opportunities that make the Vic experience unique.
Step 3: Complete Your Victoria College Student Profile
The Victoria College Student Profile is used to assess your application and is your opportunity to share who you are beyond your grades. Tell us about your interests, experiences and goals. Your profile is an important part of the admission process and assessment and is also used to consider eligibility for many of our entrance scholarships and bursaries. The profile takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
I am an International Student
Step 1: Apply through OUAC
Submit your application to the University of Toronto's Faculty of Arts & Science through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC).
Step 2: Rank Victoria College as One of Your College Choices
When you complete your application, you'll be asked to rank your college preferences.
International applicants are considered for admission to Victoria College if they rank Vic as their first, second or third college choice.
Step 3: Complete the Victoria College Student Profile & Supporting Documents
While admission for international students is based only on grades, we strongly encourage you to complete the Victoria College Student Profile. It gives you the opportunity to share your interests, experiences and goals beyond your academic record.
Be sure to submit all required documents through the University of Toronto, including proof of English language proficiency if required. Visit the University of Toronto admissions website for country-specific admission requirements and English language requirements.
Transfer Students
U.S. Citizens
Please note that U.S. citizens studying in degree programs at the University of Toronto, including Victoria College, are ineligible for financial assistance through the U.S. Federal Direct Loan Program.
As an international school, the University of Toronto is eligible only for U.S. federal direct loans. U.S. federal grants and work-study programs are not available to students studying at the University of Toronto.
Changing Your College to Vic
Can I change my college preference?
Yes. You can change your college preference through OUAC until the January application deadline.
I am a current Faculty of Arts & Science Student. Can I transfer to Vic?
If you're a member of another college, you can request a transfer to Victoria College before the June 1 deadline.
Can I transfer to Vic if I have been already accepted to another college?
If you've been offered admission with membership to another Faculty of Arts & Science college for September, you won't be able to transfer to Victoria College for that academic year. Learn more about transferring to Vic at the end of your first year.
