New Work Order Request System for Physical Plant Begins Jan. 11, 2021

Dec. 09, 2020

Earlier this summer, Physical Plant members and the IT team embarked on a project to improve our work order request system and to upgrade the computer-managed maintenance system.

With the selection of Toronto-based company Fiix Software, the Victoria University community will now have an easy and intuitive system to submit service requests to the Physical Plant team. The new system will also give users timely feedback on their requests.

As of January 11, 2021, we will be disabling the existing work order request system and implementing the Fiix maintenance service request system. You will be able to submit a service request for maintenance, housekeeping and grounds through vicu.macmms.com, or you can visit the Maintenance page on our website and submit a request as you did before. You can also download the Fiix app on your Android or iOS device, enter "vicu." when prompted, and submit a service request via your mobile device.

We are confident that the new system will meet everyone’s expectations and will allow you to keep track of the status of your service requests in a timely manner. The Physical Plant team welcomes your feedback; please let us know by sending an email to Veronique Morris
