Eva-Lynn Jagoe is a full professor in Spanish and Portuguese and Comparative Literature, and vice-principal of Innis College. She teaches courses in environmental humanities and in creative writing, and has taught many courses in the Literature and Critical Theory program. Eva-Lynn writes both academic and non-academic essays about family, farming and place, and has written a memoir called Take Her, She’s Yours (Punctum Books, 2020). She has helped students start two campus gardens, one at Innis College and one at Victoria College, and she is passionate about growing food and creating community.
