2021 Alumni Reunion - Diving Deep Into Bubbles Wine Tasting

Join Vicki Samaras Vic 9T8, owner of Hinterland Wine Company in Prince Edward County, for a virtual tasting and lecture delving into the world of sparkling wine. Discover the three sparkling wine methods, Traditional, Charmat and Ancestral and why Ontario is so suited to sparkling wine production.  Wine will be available for purchase for those who wish to taste along with the lecture, but it is not necessary to participate in the event. To purchase wine for the tasting (Canada only), please visit the Hinterland Wine Company website and look for the “Sparkle with Vic” trio pack. Participants can also purchase bottles on an individual basis. Hinterland Wine Company has kindly offered to cover the shipping cost for this event, please use the shipping code Burwash at the checkout. Order your wine by May 12 to allow for shipping time.

This event is exclusive to young alumni in the following classes: 0T5, 0T6, 1T0, 1T1, 1T5, 1T6. Guests will move into a private breakout room for their year following the wine tasting at 8:30 p.m.
